Excellent film with good special effects to say it was made in 1993 , Stallone , Snipes and Bullock star in this action packed story of one criminal and one cop. Stallone plays the cop and Snipes plays the bad guy while Sandra Bullock is one of the people that lives about twenty years into the future , while trying to track down Snipes in the present time Stallone along with Snipes gets put into cryo-stasis where the subject is frozen until the authorities decide he/she can be unfrozen - twenty years they are both set free into a world that is only peaceful where people only die of natural causes and get fined for bad language , much of the film is Stallone and Snipes fighting and shooting which is great
