Having had some commercial success with ‘Demoni’, it was unsurprising that Dario Argento’s Dacfilm company quickly turned their hand to a sequel, unimaginatively entitled ‘Demoni 2’ and with the by-line “L’incubo ritorna.” This film, marketed internationally under the name ‘Demons 2’, was, as with the first film, directed by Lamberto Bava, produced by Argento and had special effects by Sergio Stivaletti. While having a birthday party in a high tec block of apartments, a girl goes into her bedroom to get changed. She turns on the TV and there is a documentary on about a group of teenagers who investigate the legendary forbidden zone, in which once took place a Demon infestation. They find a dead Demon and they bring it back to life by mistake, then wierdly the demon turns and comes out of the TV and into the girls bedroom. If you haven’t read my previous opinion on the first Demoni film then I suggest you check it out prior to reading this one. ------------------------ Just a year after the first film hit the cinema screens Producer Dario Argento and Director Lamberto Bava brought us this sequel which is more commonly know here in the UK and in the States as Demons 2. I couple of days ago I wrote about a horror film called Demons. This has now been allocated a category. So I've decided to tell you about the second instalment Demons 2. Once again the Italian movie director Lamberto Bava produces this film. It is dubbed, but the storyline makes up for this fact.
