... perfect sense, it’s just funny! Kirsten Dunst and Michelle Williams were just brilliant as Betsy and Arlene. I think these two were born to play these parts. Michelle Williams played Arlene, the geeky but cute girl who’s slightly more intelligent than Betsy. I’m a huge Kirsten Dunst fan and have all of her movies on DVD. One of my most favourites is the not so serious movie “Dick” and boys before you ask; no it’s not a porno movie! This is a teen movie, set in the 70’s. It’s not your average teen movie but still a thoroughly enjoyable one. Ever wondered what really happened during the Watergate scandal? Who was deep throat? Do you really want to know? If so, don’t watch “Dick” because this is a fun theory on all those mysterious happenings during the scandal. Lumbered with an impossible title (I cringed at the checkout) which spelled box office disaster in America and a straight-to-video release in the UK, 'Dick' is not the teen porn film that might have some people salivating. The 'Dick' in question is Richard 'Call me Dick' Nixon, and the film is a minor classic, telling the story of Betsy (Kirsten Dunst) and Audrey (Michelle Williams), two airhead teenagers who live in Washington D.C.
