I've started watching more films thesedays and not being as snobby with my choices, I saw this Premiered on Sky Movies Premier on Saturday, and it is being shown every night until friday. It is also on Sky Anytime until tomorrow, but if you record it from Anytime then it goes into your planner and you can watch it anytime. When I heard this was from the Scary Movie gang, I thought it would be a bit stupid comedy, which it was, but since I am a bit down at the moment with Work issues and my dad being in Hospital after having a Heart Attack, then I just felt like something to take my mind off the norm!

This was released last year, runs for 86 minutes and is a certificate 12.

Basically this film takes the micky out of a lot of different films and tv characters. The main theme of the the film is in the style of Cloverfield. A group of kids partying in a New York apartment, and then disaster strikes. Will they all survive and what will happen along the way. Some of the film and people they slag off are the tv show Gladiators, Sex and the City (Carrie is a man in drag - face looks kinda fitting though!), Juno, Batman, Hancock, High School Musical, Indiana Jones, Night at the museum, Justin Timberlake, Jessica Simpson, Hannah Montana, Miley Cyrus, Enchanted and Iron Man.

I found it comical. I have seen most of the characters, but haven't seen Hancock or Enchanted. The princess from Enchanted was the annoying part of the film for me, but I thought the High School Musical style song was funny. It's full of stereotypes in this as well. The black guys, school jocks, sluts, blondes who are thick etc, but it's all tongue in cheek, and nothing I found too offensive anyway.

I've seen it once, but don't feel the need to see it again. It was funny enough, and I watched it avidly, but perhaps a bit too much juvenile humour for most of us out there!
