Member Name: vernonpresley
Advantages: K9 is a great character Disadvantages: K9 and company's story is not good
This DVD box set features two DOCTOR WHO stories, THE INVISIBLE ENEMY and K9 AND COMPANY. The first one is the first story to feature The Doctor's robot dog K9, which was a present to him from Professor Marinus who was a character who helped cure The Doctor from an alien virus around he year 5000. The second story is not really a DOCTOR WHO story at all, instead it was the first spin-off from the series, which was intended to lead to a series, although it was unsuccessful. It stars Elisabeth Sladen as The Doctor's former companion Sarah Jane Smith, who has returned to Earth and is given a new K9 as a present from The Doctor (who doesn't appear on screen himself). Together Sarah Jane and K9 stop a witch's covern from carrying out their evil deeds. Summary: K9 Tales |
