Advantages: Relatively cheap to buy and can be watched again and again.

Disadvantages: Low budget film

Simple, brutal and lots and lots of gore. You get the sense that the producers had about £10 budget to make the entire thing, but they've done a damn good job of making a movie which is genuinly entertaining to watch.

The story follows some soldiers on a training mission in the Scottish woodlands. However, some werewolves show up and they're forced to hold them off from inside an old cottage. Faced with limited ammunition they're forced to make use of whatever they can to survive.

The film has everything a horror movie should have: evil looking monsters, gore, parts that make you jump and the occasional joke. "Where's spoon?" "There is no spoon." personally got me laughing.

If you are a horror movie fan and want to be genuinely scared, this probably isn't as good as you can find. Other movies are much scarier, but for the sheer entertainment value this is a good watch. Probably not for the sqeamish though, there's more blood and guts in this relatively short movie then in a slaughterhouse.

Summary: Entertaining watch with lots of action and gore
