Edi is a Polish film that was released in 2002, difficult to find it's available with subtitles and your best bet is to try the www.empik.com, a Polish chain not to dissimilar from WHSmith. Make sure it's in PAL because a lot of the English subtitle versions are destined for the US and are therefore NTSC. Obviously this probably won't matter if you have a multi-region DVD player.
