Advantages: Sean Connery, Looks good in places

Disadvantages: Awful plot, Awful acting, Plot has more holes than the roof on a bus shelter

After reading many of the opinions on Enrapment here at DooYoo, I have to admit that I was a little shocked. Shocked to discover that their majority was actually stating that this was a great film. Oh dear. I may get into trouble for writing this with some of you other members, but please feel free to contact me if you think you can change my mind....

Catherine Zeta Jones: The girl from Wales.
Millionairess, Michael Doulas' wife and world-wide sex symbol. But why on earth did the producers of this film even allow her to speak?
Connery is there to save the film, but not even he seems comfortable as he has to interact with a woman who can't even decide how to say vase.

The plot of this film is simple: Connery is a big time thief, and Catherine Zeta Jones is there to catch him, and also apparently to run away with the loot herself. But the plot gets confusing - not to the audience, but to the film makers themselves who seem more interested in framing the rear end of Mrs Douglas, and not about telling a story. Hollywood, what are you doing?

Okay, to be fair to the movie, there are moments of fantastic special effect and action scenes that roll the film on to its inevitable ending. However, many of the scenes that make up this dreadful movie are simply TOO long! And the less said about the twist at the end the better. I figured it out after about ten minutes of the movie. I can assure you that this is not just me bragging about the genius of my cinematic mind for forseeing these plot twists: I was just as surprised as anyone else at the end of The Sixth Sense!

This is one of the worst films ever made and I strongly reccommend that you stay away from it. Only watch this film if you have anti-depressents on standby. If you're a fan of Catherine Zeta Jones acting, then seek some serious mental assistance as soon as possible......
