Keep watching Eureka Seven and you'll be rewarded with an amazing viewing experience

Seriously keep watching Eureka Seven. It only gets better. You may have read reviews that note the slower pace of the first half of the show and while that is true to an extent, it is still enjoyable to watch and it only gets better. This dvd also contains episode 10 Higher than the Sun, which is one of my personal favorite anime episodes of all time. Yes, of all time. Not just Eureka Seven, I'm talking about every anime I've ever seen. At this point in Eureka Seven the viewer is still being introduced to the many characters the anime has to offer and this is where many reviewers feel the series suffers from slow pace. As I said that is true to an extent and at this point the series has yet to develop into the true plot and meaning behind the series, but it is still enjoyable to watch. As to why Higher than the Sun is a personal favorite of mine, it is simply because the episode really gives you a deep look into the minds and feelings of the major characters. I would say the characters and how they interact and develop becomes as important or more important than the actual story, so pay close attention to the characters. You will be amazed at how much they develop and what they go through to become who they are by the end of the series. This may not be the best part of Eureka Seven, but it contains some fun episodes and brings you closer to the main plot which will be introduced to you a bit later. I recommend this to any fan of mecha anime, coming of age stories, and/or anyone who loves a series with great characters.
