Disadvantages: Finishes too soon
For the first few minutes of the film I just sat there thinking, can I really sit through all this singing? After 20 minutes I realised that yes, I could, it was great, why haven't there been more musicals recently, why did they stop doing musicals?
Never a great fan of Madonna's acting abilities, I found she could, actually, ACT! The casting was inspired, the story became real, I didn't actually want it to end. When are they going to start making more musicals again?
