Who would have thought that the Fast and Furious series of films would reach a fourth installment? The first one was an entertaining one with some impressive driving supported by a good plot. The second featured a downgraded version, with the third enjoyable but very much run of the mill. So, it may have been time to call it a day. Directed by Justin Lin FAST AND FURIOUS is the third installment of this action movie. This movie is meant to be in between the first and third installment. The plot focuses on Vin Diesel's character Dom Toretto and his partner Letty plyed by Michelle Rodriguez who are fugitives trying to pull off a mission involving fuel tanks. The Fast and the Furious series is something of a pop-culture milestone, inspiring everything from pale imitations (namely the reprehensible Euro-trash knock-off Redline) to several profitable video game series. Fast and Furious was released in 2009 and is the fourth instalment in the Fast and Furious series. I thought this was going to be the final film but apparently the fifth film is in development. This and the first film were the only two films to have all of the main characters in the story. It is rated 15 due to violence, deaths, drug references and minor sexual content.
