This film is a rollarcoaster thriller, about a one night stand that goes fatally wrong.

Apparently feminists were up in arms about this film, because of the way they portrayed the spurned lover (Glen Close) who sets out to ruin Micheal Douglas's marriage and his happy homelife.

This film features plenty of sex scenes, plenty of shocks, and there are some heart stopping moments. The ending is more suited to an action film.

I heard that an alternative ending to the film was released in Japan, which featured a suicide ending.

This film has been on television tons of times, but if you see it for the first time it's really good.
