The Final Destination Thrill-ogy is something of a cultural phenomenon, and an easy set to summarise because the concept is consistent throughout; a group of idiotic young teens are hunted by something that's killing them. The thing hunting them is, in fact, death itself, coming to get them after they escape death the first time, and so they must in each instance find a way to usurp death's plan and stay alive. In the first film, it revolves around Alex Browning and his friends who get off of a plane that explodes moments later after Alex has a premonition about just such a thing happening. From here, death hunts them one by one, with some hilarious kills and ... Read the complete review

"Death doesn't take no for an answer". The Final Destination "thrill-ogy" is a triumph of the horror genre, not only are they very inventive and extremely well put together but there are some amazing set pieces that i have never seen rivaled by many other movies. The main premise behind these several films is that in the heat of the moment of doing something the 3 central characters are slightly dubious of, they find themselves on the receiving end of a nightmare vision witnessing everyone around them's gruesome death. Whoever they may save , death catches up with in the order they should have died in the first place and this is where ... Read the complete review

Final Destination Thrill-ogy was first released in 2006 and contains all three of the Final Destination movies. All the movies are a total of 272 minutes long and the directors are James Wong (1&3) and David Ellis (2). *Synopsis* Basically if you have wacthed any of the FD movies the rest of the movies are more or less the same. However if you haven't then the basic plotline is that the main character has a sudden and horrible preminiton about a crash or another horrible accident that results in the death of them and everyone around them. When a sleect group of peole survive the horrific accidents they are then slowly picked off one by one. After all ... Read the complete review

Final destination came out around the same time as Scream and such like films however this film I found was completely different to those. Usually you had someone running around with a knife to kill someone in this though it was far worse, as death itself was out to get you...I know it doesn't sound that great but how this filmed is done is great. The outline of all the Final destination is the main character having a premonition of an accident which ultimately involves their own and those around them's death. In final destination the premonition is a plane crash, Final Destination 2 a pile up on a highway and final destination 3 is a rollercoaster crash. It ... Read the complete review

Probably the best teen horrors ive seen. all three films are as good as one another and will keep you on the edge of your seat with your popcorn covering your face! with different deaths each time you never know what to expect! or do you! i do tend to prefer the third one myself though with the special features, of 'choose their fate' you dont know what to expect... and are you willing to save anyone? best to watch from number one although it is a different story each time but you can kind of guess how it started unlike myself who watched it backwards. a great film not for the squemish or weak hearted. and i would deffinatly ...
