Advantages: Foo Fighters. Live. Wembley. 85,000 fans. Great songs. Great sound. Dave Grohl...etc

Disadvantages: None, except I couldn't get tickets!

I love the Foo Fighters! Personally I think they are one of the greatest bands I've ever heard! When they announced that they would play Wembley Stadium on the 6th & 7th of June 2008 I spent 2 hours trying to get tickets before finally getting through to be told they had all sold out within minutes... I was gutted :(

A month or so later they announced a "warm-up" gig at Manchester City Stadium a few days before the Wembley gigs and this time I managed to get tickets! Score! Not quite as huge as Wembley, but still Foo Fighters in a Stadium!!!

Needless to say the gig was mind-blowing! The greatest gig I have ever, and probably will ever, see! Dave Grohl = Legend!

This brings me to this DVD. Foo Fighters - Live at Wembley Stadium, watching it makes me feel like I was actually there! It was recorded at both of the Wembley gigs and at the end of the gig there is an encore with Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones from Led Zeppelin! Amazing!

My favourite parts are during Everlong when Dave just stops halfway through on the runway and the atmosphere is just electric! & during the Best of You when you can hear the 85,000 fans all singing back at the band and you can see how visibly moved Dave Grohl is! What a gig!

The DVD is really well edited and all the camera angles are great. As you expect the sound quality is superb as this is a music DVD after all! So grab your remote and turn this up LOUD!

It hasn't been out long and you can already pick up this great show for under a tenner. It's currently listed on play.com for £8.95! Great it, get it now!

If you are a Foo Fighter fan, and you don't already own this... Then what are you waiting for!?
If you were one of the 165,000 people who were lucky enough to actually be there, this DVD will bring it all flooding back!
