This is a fantastic film about Forest Gump (Tom Hanks) who through three decades, goes through physical disability, football stardom, Vietnam hero and a shrimp tycoon. It is funny at times, sad at others but always remains interesting and wonderful the whole way through. Tom Hanks is fantastic in the part as Forest, as are Gary Sinise (Mission To Mars) and Sally Field (Steel Magnolias). If you are yet to see this film, then definately rent it out. Everyone I know loves it and being rated 12, it is a great hit for the family. This is the story of a lifetime and will last just as long.
