Advantages: Great hardcore feel to it, proper mans movie

Disadvantages: Starts a bit slow

Well Four Brothers is another MANS movie!

The plot (without spoilers) is about 4 adopted brothers whos mom was killed in a store robbery. Because these 4 are some of the nastiest piece of work around instead of waiting for the police to deal with who was behind it they take matters into their own hands.

Overall im quite a fan of Mark Walhberg since watching him in movies like Shooter and We Own the night so the acting was great and you really do start to care for the characters.

The movie itself wasnt perfect but for what it was it was a great entertaining movie, with great lines and a good hardcore feel to it. The image the director tries to create with Detroit, the police and the four brothers comes across great and you really get into it.

The movies does take some time to get into even i thought after watching the first 20mins its just gna be a bunch of people going around acting like gangsters but the story deepened and the plot thickened to add a bit of depth to the movie. Dont get me wrong though this isnt a movie with an incredibly meticulous storyline, its still just a no brainer action movie however it does have bit more of a storyline compared to most no brainer action moves.

I think if youre a fan of movies like Die Hard, Shoot 'em Up i would recomend this movies for ya.

Summary: Great movie with a decent plot
