Advantages: It's good the first time

Disadvantages: Hugh's stuttering Englishman. Andie McDowell.

The first time I saw this, I loved it so much I went back and saw it again with the free cinema vouchers my mum collected from the back of McCain's pizzas. It was then that the first annoyances began to creep up. I'm not going to bother with not disclosing the plot, because everyone must have seen it, but if you haven't, there's a little warning!

First of all, Hugh Grant - thought he was lovely, this the first time he did this stuttering incompetent Englishman, now it rather gets on my tits. Mainly because it's the same in EVERY film he's in. Also that little interlude with Divine Brown somewhat coloured my opinion of him.

Secondly, it's on the telly far too much.

It also displeases me that he chooses that daft American woman, when she's dead nasty and his best friend is much nicer.

The novelty value of the f word also wears off rapidly.

His glasses are stupid.

Andie McDowell is irritating.

The poem now gets on my nerves.

I quite like Scarlett and the dopey one.

Apart from that, I have nothing more to add, apart from if it's your first time, you'll enjoy it.
