In 1974 Hammer wrapped up it’s Frankenstein franchise with the little gothic gem that was ‘Frankenstein and the Monster from Hell’. The title screams excess, but Hammer instead deliver a subtle little dark fairytale, one that was lost on audiences at the time and continues to polarise horror fan opinion now.
