PLOT
Anna (Lindsay Lohan) is your typical teenager, who is constantly clashing and bickering with her mother, Tess (Jamie Lee Curtis). Anna opposes her mothers up and coming wedding plans and Tess is a hardworking mother, caring for Anna and her younger brother. When they are overheard bickering by a Chinese Grandmother, she curses their fortune cookie and they wake up the next morning in each others bodies! The film then shows how the couple are forced to live in one anothers bodies all day and shows them both encountering a number of situations which prove to be extremely difficult. These include Anna going to work in her mothers office as a psychiatrist, Tess standing up to Annas high school teacher and Anna giving her mother a radical makeover. Alongside this they have to deal with one anothers relationships including Anna chasing a boy she is fond of and Tess' husband to be.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Alongside Lohan and Curtis stars Mark Homan, Harold Gould and Chad Michael Murray. The director is Mark Waters. It is a Disney film and was released on DVD in 2004. Run time is 93 minutes and it is available from Amazon for £4.98. It is rated a PG.

MY OPINION
I really enjoyed this film, I have seen it numerous times before and I never seem to tire. Both Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis show off tremendous acting skills in this heartwarming and humerous comedy. Lohan shows maturity whilst playing her mother, whilst Curtis shows off her acting talents to produce a truly believable and humorous teenager. I have not seen the original so I cannot compare them. This film provides a laugh a minute and is quick paced and you are not left bored for a moment. Absolutely brilliant and well worth a try-regardless of age!

Summary: Worth Watching for all!

Don't think I've ever seen this, although I usually enjoy watching Jamie Curtis films.
