more vampires more special effects less interest (Fright Night Part II (DVD))
Member Name: the brute
Advantages: great special effects Disadvantages: a dissapointing clone of the first movie
Directed by the man behind stephen kings it tommy lee wallace. In a dissapointing follow up to original cult favourite.Charlie brewster and cowerdly horror icon peter vincent are once again in amongst the vampires .Regine dandridge (julie [in the mouth of maddness ]carmon) the sister of the original movies main blodsucker is out to avenge her siblings untimely demise.Aided by several other creepies including a guy who doesnt seem to know whether hes a vampire or a werewolf and a bug eating butler played by xfiles bad guy brian thompson. But more vampres dont equate to more scares.Although with that said this outing does feature some fantastic make up effects contributed to by greg cannom who went on to such movies as titanic and the upcoming hannibal film. starring wlliam ragsdale and roddy mcdowell Summary: |
