Indie films are undoubtedly disliked for the same understandable reasons; convoluted plots, overbearingly oddball leads and no sense of real accomplishment by the end. I tend to disagree and looked forward to seeing the ironically named debut by the then directing virgin; Matt Aselton. Zooey Deschanel, who I have praised continually, co-leads as Harriet Lolly, daughter to Al Lolly (John Goodman) who in an attempt to solve her father's back problems, settles a purchase for a premium mattress from salesman; Brian Weathersby (Paul Dano).
