Advantages: Good fights

Disadvantages: not to sure about the plot

I got a bit bored of watching Elijah Wood as a hobbit, it was nice to see him adapt to a different role. Not sure if an english football hooliagn is really up his street though. Maybe his part in this film was to increase its profile because I don't think his character was all that necessary. In fact the plot throughout the whole film is pretty tedious and rather pointless. However, this does not matter one bit because the violence is absolutely exhilarating. There is one fight after another. Watching it I really felt like I was joining in. Not only that, I think its always interesting to the see different aspects of England. Obviously, the football violence is glorified but it certainly makes a good watch. It was never supposed to be a huge box office hit, you can tell just by watching it but it is definately worth renting it out and watching it with the lads.

Summary: if you enjoy football and watching a scrap then this film is perfect for you
