If you recently saw Hairspray and loved it then you need to, if you haven't already, see the original musical tribute to the sixties.
Hair is a classic musical which tells the story of what happens when Claude Bukowski goes to New York with the intention of joining the Armed Forces and instead finds himself befriending a group of peace loving hippies.
The film is brilliant for it's music firstly, everyone will be familiar with some of the songs from it. Probably the most famous being 'I Got Life', a bit hit for Nina Simone. This is more that just a musical though, the story is political, funny at points and also has times where you'll be in tears. A real story with an un predictable twist in the tale. If you don't like musicals, watch it for the plot, and if you love them then you won't be disappointed as this is one of the best.

Summary: A film that everyone must see
