Advantages: will make you laugh no matter what mood your in

Disadvantages: the last 15 or so minutes the laughs die

This is adam sandler at his very best. i think if im correct this was his first movie. and its one of the funniest films ive ever seen.
on first look you think oh no a golf film about golfing and birdies but this is no ordianary golf sports film
Its about a frustrated hockey player ice hockey that is ! who needs money to stop he;s grandmother loosing her home and being sent to a old folks home.
gimore is a man with a quick temper a man frustrated at he's thousands of attempts to be in a ice hockey team.
through chance he discovers he can hit aball really far and embarks ona hillarious romp on the golf course using he's own new crazy style of golfing. the laughs come in quick and fast and the film for the first 3/4 is extremely funny.
there is a romantic element in it as well which gives the fim some heart along with he's love of his grandmother.
the only thing is the last 15 mintues or more where the laughs die out as the film draws to its conclusion.
totally enjoyable you dont have to like any sport to love this film. this is defiantly one worth owning and still remains his best film

Summary: one of tthe funniest movies ever, a must have to own
