Browsing through the sci-fi section of your video store, the chances are that you have overlooked this stunning movie. Released in 1990, this was the directorial debut from Richard Stanley, him of dust devils fame and a well respected music video director. Hardware is an intensive trip into the apocalyptic future. Set in a time when the general public are dying from radiation sickness the government is masterminding an effective means of population control.
