... Krishna, and reading some books, I began to feel a connection. Really, the feelings I experienced while I was there were pure emotions that I have never felt. My whole body felt light, as if all my troubles had been lifted. I even forgot, during chanting, the time, or where I was! Bit of a problem when I had to catch the bus back to South Wales! I became a follower of the Hare Krishna movement after a random encounter one afternoon in London. I got invited into the Hare Krishna Temple in Soho Street after lingering outside listening to the music playing through an outside speaker on the wall. I had heard many things about the "weird people in orange dancing and singing through the streets, but having an open mind, was curious to learn more. I have to say, what I experienced inside that building, with its beautiful interior was to change my outlook on life for the better.
