Advantages: The best Harry Potter film yet!
Disadvantages: A lot darker than the others.
This is the fourth Harry Potter film based on the book by best selling author J.K.Rowling. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire has to be the best Harry Potter film made yet!
This film see's Harry, Hermione and Ron starting their fourth year at Hogwarts. This film shows the three friends growing up and getting to know themselves as love interests come on to the scene. As Hogwarts plays host to Triwizard Tournament, which is a tournament not for the faint hearted, with three dangerous tasks to be done, fighting a dragon to retreive the golden egg, swimming under water for an hour to retreive something precious to the champions and then the deadly maze which holds the cup in the middle. 3 champions are to be selected from the Goblet of Fire. This introduces 2 new wizarding schools to the film, Beauxbatons, for which Fleur Delacour (played by Clemence Poesy) is picked, Durmstrang, which Viktor Krum (played by Stanislav Lanevski) is picked and for Hogwarts new comer Cedric Diggory (played by the gorgeous Robert Pattinson!) is picked. However there is then a fourth name....Harry Potter, but who put his name in the cup?!
Then there is the Yule Ball and everyone has to find a date, this is where the love comes in! Here Hermione suprises everyone with her date and Ron and Harry's asking doesn't go to plan! There are many twists in this film...for the first time we see Harry and Ron actually fall out, then there is the madly insane new Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher Alastor Moody (played by Brendan Gleeson) there's something strange about him!, and we actually get to see He Who Must Not Be Named (Lord Voldemort) for the first time (played by the great Ralph Fiennes) and there is actually a death of one of the characters!
Join the cast of Harry Potter for the fourth year of magic! Its based closely to the book and you wont be dissapointed with the adventure and special effects! This is one of the longest Harry Potter films so far and contains more characters and an even better story line. It has also been rated a higher certificate than the other's, as it is a lot darker. Most of the audience have grown up with the Harry Potter films and need to be kept interested and want new and excting things to happen and this film doesn't dissapoint. It's bigger and better than ever!
Summary: Most exciting installment yet!
