Hotel Rwanda is one of those films when, as soon as you're done watching it, you want to rewind it and see everything all over again. This film is centered in Africa, where a group of rebels has targeted a racial group in Africa called the Tutsis. The movie shows that the US does not intervene. The acting is superb. I think that my favorite part was the subject of the film. That is truly how much hate there is just because of how much pigment there is in your skin. The film is violent, but just so that you can see just how brutal this rebel group was as they were trying to gain control of Africa. The theme is the anger of one racial group towards another. There are authentic accents in the movie, and the way it is portrayed, although it is about genocide, it keeps the viewer captivated and on the edge of his seat. Definitely the best film I've seen in awhile.
