Having just finished watching House On Haunted Hill on DVD, I just had to
let
you all in on this brilliant film!
It is an excellent remake of William Castle's 1958 classic tale , with
Geoffrey Rush (Shakeseare In Love) and Frankie Janssen (The Faculty)
starring.
The film is set at the Vannacutt Psychiatric Institute for the criminally
insane!! Five people are challenged to stay alive overnight in this tortured
place , which in parts, reminded me of Amityville!
If you are looking for blood and gore then this is for you. If you are
looking for special effects this is for you. If you are looking to be
twitching in anticipation.....yep, you got it, this is for you too!
I especially liked the very beginning, innovative way to start off the
tension.
All you need do now is purchase this film and wait for the spirits to take
their revenge on you too.
