Advantages: An excellent story line with some fantastic action scenes.

Disadvantages: It will seem out dated compared with newer releases.

James Bond - You only live twice really is a wonderful Bond classic film that I really did very much enjoy. The first thing that I really liekd about it was the story line. I thought it was full of some brilliant action and adventure scenes together with as always in a Bond movie an element of Romance with a Bond girl! The film stars Sean Connery and Akiko Wakabayashi who are superb in their roles and really do ultimately make the film a real pleasure to watch. I really would recommend this film because I think it provided some great entertainment.

This time it appears that an American space shuttle has been captured by another Russian spaceship and so 007 is put on the job. It appears that Japan may also be involved in this making it not as simple as they first thought. Once again it appears that SPECTRE are responsible and 007 investigates further. It is up to James Bond as 007 to retrieve the space ship and prevent a potential war! I really felt that the storyline was excellent and I really would recommend it.

The film may be seen as ever with a classic Bond movie to be outdated however, if you look past that you can really respect this film. The stunts and effects in the film are very good and it really is very good fun to watch throughout. The film was originally released in 1967 and was nominated for a BAFTA movie award which proves its quality. I hope this was useful and thank you veyr much for reading this.
