Charlotte Bronte's novel "Jane Eyre" is considered one of the first texts on feminism ever written. "Jane Eyre" is a tale of a young girl's development into a strong woman and the pain she's had to endure, emotionally, physically and mentally. The film adaptation, however, was disappointing in every aspect, limiting our understanding of key characters in the novel. The film needed to focus less on Jane Eyre and Edward Rochester's relationship and focus more on Jane's ... Read the complete review
