Based on the classic original story by Jules Verne, this is an old-fashioned style adventure starring James Mason and Pat Boone. While it does not have the special effects of modern films, it does have an engrossing story that is packed full of action and adventure. The story itself concerns an expedition lead by Professor Lindenbrook (James Mason) who with his party enter the Earth’s interior through a cave in Iceland. On the way they have to avoid a murderous competitor and dinosaurs.
