The Best of Series 1 cuts out at least half of the material from the series and whilst there's still lots of good clips, some of my personal favourite sketches are left out. Compiling it must have been a daunting task and I think a fulls eries would have been more appropriate. Karen Dunbar is best known for her role in Chewin' The Fat, playing female roles such as "Auntie Brenda", she certainly has enough talent to have warranted her own show and I find that she is more adaptable, funnier and easier to relate to than the brash simple comedy on offer by the similarly named Catherine Tate Show! She is another great addition to the bulging repertoire of Scottish comedy on offer at the moment. The Best of Series 1 cuts out at least half of the material from the series and whilst there's still lots of good clips, some of my personal favourite sketches are left out.
