... concentrates fully on politics and journalism, the way they interact and how the search for 'power' in their respective jobs leads to them diluting their ideals and concentrate on keeping what they have instead of doing what is best for their readers/countrymen. Their idealism replaced by a world-weary 'this is the way it happens' attitude and the desire to hold onto their jobs.
