I bought Knocked up because it was cheap and it had Seth Rogen in it who I had seen in films before that were quite good. I wasn't expecting much for a film that cost less than a fiver but I was pleasantly surprised. Knocked up is the very funny story of Ben, who is an unemployed slob who dreams of making money by starting a pointless website with his geeky unemployed friends and Alison (katherine Heigl) who lives with her sister and her sisters family and is very career minded. They meet on a very drunken night out and soon find that they have more than the hangover to worry about. It takes you through the ups and downs of preparing for parenthood and as a side plot that shows you the ups and downs of a long term marriage. It is sad in parts and very funny throughout and I would recommend it to all especially at such a low price.

Summary: a great addition to any movie fans collection
