This DVD was released before the was a knockout division and title in TNA (total non-stop action wrestling), so this DVD has very little to do with wrestling (apart from a bonus match which for me is the highlight.)
This is what the DVD includes
Video of the ladies almost baring-all in bikinis!
-See the Knockouts kicking butt inside the ring!
-Interviews with Christy, Traci, Gail and Jackie!
-Exclusive footage of Christy's first night in TNA!
-An introduction of ringside vixen So Cal Val!

However it is an informative DVD on the knockouts past and history in wrestling. It goes into detail about each of the 4 knockouts (at the time), how they got into wrestling, why they like wrestling, what they're hobbies are and why the like ripping their shirts to show more cleavage. There is also a 'photo shoot' section. As I said before its not so much about wrestling but more about the beautiful women. It takes a look at four of the original Knockouts in TNA wrestling.

Christy Hemme a fiery Red head originating from a WWE (world wrestling entertainment) talent search Prior to joining TNA Wrestling, Christy Hemme graced the cover of Playboy as their Playmate in April 2005. Also a star of the popular Lingerie Bowl, she is the most popular female wrestler to have graced the cover of playboy.
Traci Brooks, Traci has been a part of TNA since 2003, becoming a successful manager for several wrestling stars including matt Bentley and Robert Roode. But, don't be fooled by her stunning beauty - she's not afraid to dish out punishment in the ring.

Gail Kim (from WWE) A former women's champion (in WWE) as well as an international fitness model, Gail Kim is just as lethal as she is acrobatic. A master of submission and high flying wrestling, Gail has trained with some of the best in the sport of wrestling during her in-ring career including Canadian coach Scott D'Amore. Gail Kim can mix it up with the best.
Jackie - an All-American beauty, Jackie was voted by TNA fans as Knockout Of The Year in 2005! A former track and field star, Outspoken with plenty of attitude.

The music is a Generic Rock sound with crashing symbols and Guitar fitting the DVD very well.Extras include:
Introduction to the Knockouts (clips of the girls wrestling and posing)
Universal studios photo shoot (photo shoot with all the girls)
A bonus match between Gail and Traci (without a doubt the highlight for me)
A sole collector photo shoot (another photo shoot)
this is a really great DVD is you like the current knockout division in TNA and want to see its roots and where it evolved from. The TNA Knockouts prove that they are not 'Divas' and that they can wrestle in a ring. However this particular DVD does not highlight that fact. Its a fairly short DVD in just over 1hr and 30 mins. However for me there is just too much half naked girls posing for cameras and not enough fighting!
