Another big hit Bollywood film, this time from the early Eighties. Laawaris means Orphan. ~~~ Synopsis ~~~ The story revolves around orphan, Hira, the illegitimate child of Vidhya, a singer and Ranvir, a wealthy businessman. After being abandoned as a child Hira is brought up by a drunkard. As Hira grows up he hears his favourite song, unbeknownst to him, sung by his mother.
