Lee Jong-Hyeok's H: Murmur (DVD) ... distinct similarities. All of them involve the killing of pregnant women with the foetus removed from their belly, but each killing was executed in a different fashion. What really worries Kim Mi-yun - a cop working on these cases - is that these three murders share the exact pattern of a group of murders committed in the past. Introduction I’ve read a number of good reviews about Korean films in the crime fiction genre, so was pleased to pick this up from the sadly lacking foreign film section of my local DVD store. Lauded as a cross between Silence of the Lambs and Seven on the box, I was expecting great stuff. Directed by Jong-hyuk Lee, it wasn’t terrible, but it certainly didn’t meet up to expectations.
