 ... personally I found the show to be very educational. As an animal lover, I enjoyed Meerkat Manor and I had high hopes for Lemur Street. Needless to say - I'm not disappointed. Perfectly narrated (by Martin Shaw) and filmed to a fantastic standard, with beautiful picture perfect surroundings, it's hard not to get completely caught up in Lemur Street and it's very emotional at times. From the makers of Meerkat Manor comes the complete series of Lemur Street. In a great three disc set which comprises of twenty episodes each of which are twenty five minutes in length. This is essentially a cross between an insightful documentary, and an animal soap opera that follows two rival neighbour gangs (the Graveyard Gang and the Tornado Troupe) of ring-tailed Lemurs (complete with dominant female) on the island of Madagascar.
