Before i saw this i was not a bike fan nor was i that interested in Ewan McGregor. I saw this by chance and absolutly loved - it just shows it's not about the bikes, it's not about celebraties; it is about the journey! And what an amazing journey it is.
The planning and the detail that goes into organising this trip is fasincating, it makes excellent viewing and really gives you an insight into how many people and all the work that is involved in the preperation stages alone of a journey on this scale.
I really dont want to ruin the story too much for you but it is safe to say there is pleanty of adventure along the way and lots of different sights they visit - it really gives you a differnt perspective when they are away from the toursit hot spots and out on the open road. I also found it hard to imagine having such a strong friendship with someone to go all that distance togeather and not ring each others necks (thoguh there are a few times they are close to it!).

If you are a bike fan; watch it! If your not - watch it!
