Advantages: sing a long, pick me up movie

Well! What can i say. This eagerly antcipated film of the year was nothing short of brilliant! Yes, very cheesy but brilliant family entertainment. Definitly a film to watch if you fancy a sing-a-long, are sitting in with the girls having a galss of wine or else if you just need cheering up! Julie Walter's plays a blinder as the eccentric friend of Meryl Streep and with Amana Seyfried they make a comic trio. Pierce Brosnan's singing leaves a lot to be desired but he gives it his best shot and it still works well in the film. I think if everyone was perfect singers it wouldnt be too believable.
The sing-a-long DVD is the perfect present for your sister, mum, aunty or grandma. I had my granny up singing and dancing to it on Christmas day!! I was even able to get my granda up as well so it is definitly well worth a watch as it gets the whole family involved.

Summary: Top chick flick that the boys will like too!
