Advantages: funny, silly, different

Disadvantages: not as goood as series 3

The Mighty Boosh in my opinion is the work of comedy Genius. A lot of the people i speak to about the Mighty Boosh state that they just don't get it, but i really feel there is nothing to get. The Mighty Boosh is all about just not thinking into it, its fun, silly, quirky, weird, wrong but hilarious. Julian Barratt and Noel Fielding play Howard Moon and Vince Noir in the Mighty Boosh adventures. Howard moon is the older less cool jazz fan, usually mocked but realistically a lot smarter than his co-star Vince Noir the electric cool king of Camden Elite, and adorable but stupid character who female fans can't help but fall in love with.
The second series follows from their first series which was set in a zoo, but the troublesome pair are now living with friends Naboo and Bollo. All the episodes are self contained though so its not like you have to watch them in order and they are all just equally as random! Series two is very different from the first series as it is evident that BBC had allowed a greater budget, the quality of the sets have improved and the script got about ten times funnier. The first episode leads the characters of Vince and Howard on a holiday, where they get magazine deliveries from Ninjas and shop at Shamensburys, all very random which requires no thinking and its utterly hilarious.
My favourite episode of this series is Milky Joe, which is based around being deserted on a desert island and having only coconuts for friends. The episode shows the characters getting a little bit crazy and takes the p*** out of the castaway relationship between Tom Hanks and his ball.
The DVD is a great purchase for anyone who liked the TV series or the live DVD, its great fun, and very cool and popular with teenagers and students.

Summary: not as goood as series great purchase!
