Danny Boyle is a director best known for his psychological thrillers such as Shallow Grave and 28 Days Later, and of course the Oscar-winning drama Slumdog Millionaire. One of his lesser known films, though, is equally as valid - Millions - a charming tale that may seem to be little more than a fluffy kids film, but has a wealth of humanism deep at its core, and is wel worth a watch. Damian Cunningham is the boy hero in Danny Boyle's film, Millions, and I have never seen a hero quite like him. Unlike most heroes in family films Damian is not a self-interested rogue. He doesn't rebel against authority. Instead, he is charming, courageous, creative, unpredictable and righteous.
