'The war's not over until the last man comes home.' Chuck Norris, Vietnam soldier and all round badass manages to escape his captors in Nam and return to the US. Whilst there American senators enlist the help of Norris to investigate any remaining POW's still left in Vietnam. This being 1980, you might expect there to be no more left, but yes there are some and its up to Chuck and a massive machine gun to rescue them.
