Monsters Inc Running time - 86 mins Directed by Pete Docter Written by Andrew Stanton and Daniel Gerson With the voices of: Mike Wazowski: Billy Crystal "Sully" Sullivan: John Goodman Henry J. Waternoose: James Coburn Celia: Jennifer Tilly Boo: Mary Gibbs Randall Boggs: Steve Buscemi George: Sam "Penguin" Black Monsters Inc. A must see for any Disney fan out there. Monsters Inc is just what you would expect from your 'typical' Disney/Pixar film. Fun, adventure, good vs evil, cute, loveable characters and of course some very impressive animation The plot Monsters Inc is set in the 'monster' town 'Monstropolis' (Great name I must say lol). A 'high-flying' working town where every monster you could possibly think of lives...and no not all of them are cute! The film revolves around the characters Mike (The green thing with one huge eye), and Sully (The huge cute blue monster that I wanted out of the McDonalds Happy Meal and never bloody got!!). Mike and Sully both work at the ?scaring? factory ?Monsters Inc? where the monsters travel through children?s doorways into their rooms and capture their screams when the monsters frighten them (Nice). Of course, in true Disney tradition, it is all for a good cause, as the screams are turned into energy which helps to power Monstropolis. Everything seems fine?. Little do they know what lies ahead. Things at the factory start to slow down when the children stop becoming scared. To add to their problems Sully makes one tinyyyyyyy little mistake. One of the children (Boo) he attempts to scare follows him back through the door. It?s a fun packed story all the way as the monsters desperately try to send Boo home, keep her hidden from the other monsters, and keep work rival Henry J Waternoose at bay as he attempts to demote Sully from his position as ?top scaring monste
r?. On top of all this Boo isn?t at all scared of the monsters?. There scared of her! Not surprising though as Waternoose warned them all ''There's nothing more toxic or deadly than a human child, a single touch could kill you!''. Summery This really is an excellent film. And keeping up with tradition it even has out takes at the end of it, so make sure you stick around during the credits. One of my favorites involved the dinosaur from Toy Story auditioning for a part in the film. Like all Disney films, this is a film for all ages, so if you?re in your 30?s and love the world of animation then don?t be afraid to buy a ticket?you wont be alone!! Like Toy Story and A Bugs Life, the animation is amazing, and the story line is fun and solid throughout I really do recommend this film to all ages. Cute, cuddly characters for the children, a good-natured story line for the adults. An extra ?When I first noticed this was in the blizzard scene. The two monsters are in the small cave talking to each other. The short green one eyed monster(Mike) is wearing two different colored shoes. Before the blizzard scene, when they were in the building, he wasn't wearing two different colors. When we first see Mike after the blizzard scene, you can see that he is not wearing shoes at all. ? (slipups.com) ??.. Before I go just wanted to say ?hi? again to everyone out there. Been away for a while, but I?m back and will be up to my usual standard again soon!!! xx
