Disadvantages: Graham Chapman in the lead role again?

I literally grew up with this film as my dad is a huge Monty Python fan. I could quote scenes from this film long before I really knew what they meant! I first saw this film when I was about 6 years old and loved all the physical gags, like the tapping feet of the suicide squad. Gradually I learnt to appreciate the more "adult" humour and now love Biggus Dickus and the sermon on the mount.
In my opinion this is the best of the MP films. All the Python guys do a brilliant job, particularly Michael Palin as Pilate. The slightly scary image we were all given of him growing up was shattered by a weak man with an unfortunate lisp!
In all, a very very funny film that hasn't dated at all. I know that like my dad teaching me the 'Bright side of life' song (with arms outstretched), I'll be teaching it to my kids one day!

Summary: Best of the Python films.
