I do like Kate Hudson and usually I enjoy the films she is in so when I saw this the other day I decided to give it a watch as the plot sounded fun and interesting and it sounded like a good comedy. This is a film only review.

==Plot==
Tank is in his 30s and he is more than happy to say that he is a ladies man. He loves nothing more of an evening than going out, drinking too much, finding some poor unsuspecting woman, taking her home and never calling her again. His flatmate, Dustin is the opposite. He has recently met a woman called Alexis and although they are taking things slowly he is quite certain that she is special and therefore he decides that on a date he is going to tell her how she feels. The pair have such great fun together he is quite certain she will say she feels the same...but she doesn't. Instead she freaks and decides that she thinks they should see other people.

Dustin is broken. He really liked Alexis and thought she felt the same. He is unsure what to do next when he decides to ask for Tanks help. Dustin is certain that if Tank takes Alexis out on one of his notorious bad dates she will be running back to him, desperate to pick things back up. Tank is more than happy to oblige after a little persuasion - after all, who can turn down a date with a beautiful woman?

==Opinion==
I found that this film took a little while to get going and it began quite slowly as we were introduced to a number of people before Alexis even suggested to Dustin they should see other people. I don't think that we were given enough time to get to know Dustin either as I think that if we did we would have felt closer to him and more protective, instead I watched the film seeing Dustin as sort of an afterthought and he wasn't really at the front of the film throughout.

I liked the character of Alexis, she was fun and bubbly but had both feet on the ground. I find that Kate Hudsons characters are almost always very similar but I still find her films fresh and new which I always enjoy.

After the first half an hour or so I found that the plot flowed quickly and with ease. I found the storyline fun and interesting and I enjoyed watching it. The ending was well thought out and it wasn't predictable but I felt that everything was wrapped up well and I enjoyed the ending.

The acting is very strong. The film is full of famous Hollywood faces and I enjoyed watching them in their individual roles. The film was a very easy watch and it is the type of film that is perfect for a laid back evening.

It is rated a 15 in the UK and I believe this is likely to be because of the presence of very strong language and also nudity.

==Summary==
I enjoyed this film and would definitely recommend it to others. I think that fans of chick flicks will enjoy this but I do think that men will like it too because it is very funny in places and the Hollywood A-listers do help aswell. The acting is first class and the plot is interesting and for the most part flows well. A decent film.
