I have been a fan of my Davina workout DVD for 6 months now, and I still enjoy it. However, I decided perhaps it was time to buy another DVD, not to replace Davina but to chop and change with her, as doing one thing too much can get boring! I browsed the internet for reviews of different DVD's, and this particular DVD, Nell McAndrew's Peak Energy, kept on cropping up, so I thought what the heck, I will give it a go. To be honest, I didn't know that much about Nell McAndrew. I remember watching her on the TV show "I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here" a while ago, and that she is always doing marathons and things, but I have not seen her on much else. ...
