It seems strange that Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are so popular. Almost everything they have made has been a flop. This is no exception, it was not particularly well received at the box office. And for a reason. The plot is terrible. It involves two stereotypically opposite sisters (when will they get bored of doing that?!) This time Ashley plays the stuck-up work-a-holic and Mary-Kate the layabout. The poor, and very predicable plot includes the sisters headed to NYC, one for a speech, the other to a concert.
