Night at the museum is one of those films that I really fancied when it was at the cinema but always went for something else. Having finally got round to watching it this weekend I can honestly say that I made a mistake. Although it is obviously good to watch on a 42" HD TV at home, the stunning effects seen throughout would surely have been better suited to a cinema viewing. The movie is always going to be a good one in my eyes as Ben Stiller can do no wrong with me. His comedic genius is evident right from the start here, albeit in a subtle way. This is another great comedy film The night at the musem starring a superb and well fitted for the comedy role Ben Stiller. This is your ticket to non stop fun for just £8.99 I bought it for in HMV you can buy it on amazon for £8.77. Ben Stiller is an amzing actor and plays along side one of the longest and famous Robin Williams in a funny blockbuster movie. Ben Stiller is hired as the new musem nightwatch man. Night at the Museum is an excellent action comedy, and like many Hollywood family blockbusters, the main character is a struggling father Larry Daley played by Ben Stiller who is tying to do his best and get a job. Larry has a passion for inventing, but this does not bring enough cash in to pay the bills and this along with the need to keep his appartment and access to his son, leads him to look for a regular job. Starring Ben Stiller this film is based on the book written in 1993. This is a great fantasy adventure film where Larry (Ben Stiller) takes on a job as a night watchman at a museum, but on his first night he finds out that all of the artifacts in the museum comes alive! Also starring Owen Wilson and Steve Coogan, these characters give humour to the film as well. This is an all star film including Robin Williams and Dick Van Dyke and definitely worth watching.
